Onwards and Upwards!
Added 2019-12-23 02:29:34 +0000 UTCGreetings, everyone!
This Patreon was created barely a week ago and 39 patrons have already joined us in the adventure. This is incredible! I did not expect to see so much generosity, appreciation and dedication. I am humbled by the flight sim community outreach and I hope you folks follow me in my next projects.
Which brings me to this burning question: so... what's next?
2020 is shaping up to be an incredibly busy year for me. A number of interesting modules could potentially see the light of day like the OH-58 Kiowa Warrior, Mi-24 Hind, Mosquito, and P-47 Thunderbolt. On the civilian side of things, the iniSimulations A380, Aerosoft A330, Colimata Concorde, Rotate MD-11 and Feelthere/Wilco E175 (v3) look quite promising. There is no shortage of interesting machines to explore together. If you guys have any suggestions for other products, I'm all ears. Patreon is a privileged communication channel, and your opinion counts.

My workload is split into three main categories:
- Product Research: I find existing literature and documentation and figure out how the aircraft works and what I want to talk about.
- Product Development: Do the guide.
- Product Sustainment: This is the part where I correct mistakes/inaccuracies or new system logic, and improve existing guides as new features and systems become available.

In the immediate future, I plan to focus on five things:
- Clean up the JF-17 guide (i.e. fixing typos, correction small inaccuracies in the radar section)
- Update the Harrier guide with JDAM procedures and add bookmarks
- Update the Hornet guide with TWS, AACQ, RAID/EXP radar modes and procedure for Walleyes
- Perform a complete overhaul of the A-10C guide and bring it up to standards
- Perform a first iteration of the F-16 guide
A more detailed to-do list will be made available in the following weeks for those of you who want to follow things more closely.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all of you!
