February/March 2025 Sketches 2 - Kabru (Delicious in Dungeon) (Sequence)

Here's a sequence featuring Kabru from Delicious in Dungeon. The idea was suggested by BiscuitBox.

"First, I'd like to suggest Kabru from Delicious in Dungeon. I know you've already done Laios and Chilchuk so it could be a similar sort of vibe, except with Kabru he'd be a lot more reluctant to go snacking on monsters. To tie in to the Valentine's vibe, I could see him humouring Laois and reluctantly eating a monster meal, only to grow suddenly. Laios then overwhelms him with more meal ideas and things escalate from there."

As both Kabru and Laios were on an expedition on their own, it was about time to settle down and rest for the night. As the night went on, and the camping preparations were done by Kabru, he did not realize that Laios had prepared a HUGE amount of food. It was too much food for the both of them...but Laios just kept on cooking.

Once Laios was done, he announced to Kabru that it was time for dinner. Kabru didn't find the idea of eating monsters too appealing...but he didn't want to make Laios' efforts go in vane, so he decided to sit down on the table, saying that he was going to only eat a "little bit"

How foolish he was by thinking that he was only gonna eat a bit. As Kabru finished his first dish, Laios offered him to try another dish he prepared, announcing that it was a new recipe he tried. He was fairly satisfied with the first dish, finding it quite delicious...but again, he felt bad about refusing Laios' offer. And so he tried the next dish...and the next one...and the next one! It felt like Laios' dishes were endless! Each try ended up in Kabru eating the whole dish, only for another plate of food to be slammed down in front of him!

As he was slowing his eating down, Laios insisted to help, and so spoon fed Kabru the next dishes! Kabru could already feel full, but there was something else was showing that he had more than enough food...His belly started to expand so big, that it protruded on top of the table!

Laios, finally snapping out of it as he heard Kabru's loud belly growls, realized that he might have gone a bit overboard with the feeding with how big Kabru's belly was...

UUUUURP!

Laios' thoughts were interrupted by a loud belch coming from Kabru's mouth, making the cave they made their camp in shake from the sound. Not only that, but Laios could see how Kabru's whole body expanded right before his eyes as he belched! Entranced by this, figuring out that something in his new recipes might have had this result...Decided to keep on feeding Kabru!

Even though Kabru could have perfectly pushed Laios away with his enhanced body and strength, Laios' determination to keep on feeding his "diner" the rest of the food to see how far this "breakthrough" could go was strong enough to make Kabru just let him do his thing...Even though the feeling of eating and growing was quite new to him, it wasn't unpleasant at all! Just...was confusing to see his body expand into such sizes, while seeing everything else shrink right before his eyes.

More and more empty dishes were left on the ground as Kabru kept on eating and expanding. Until he was big enough for his head to touch the ceiling, and his big, heavy back pressuring against the wall...

WHAM!

Getting too overwhelmingly big for the wall, Kabru finally made it collapse, making him fall on his back! Making the whole dungeon violently shake! As he laid down, it seemed like a nice chance to rest from all the eating, his body still twitching and expanding, his body still proccessing the nutrients of Laios' food.

Meanwhile, Laios already had whipped up a bunch of dishes for desserts! But Kabru kindly told him that he had enough food for now...A loud belch making his statement even more obvious.
