Aiden, I want to know this controversial "rule" 😂😂😂 I know of a case where a friend of mine cut himself off from his parents after his wife argued with them, but they were very toxic people (those parents) and his contact with them was already very limited anyway. And this quarrel took place when their daughter was born, he just decided that he didn't want his child to come into contact with such people. But these are very exceptional situations. As for "favorite characters in movies/series" I have a similar attitude to Barney xD I always prefer the antagonists to the lead characters. In Karate Kid too. It's for Johny that I watch Cobra Kai, not Daniel. I also often dislike fandom-loved characters (for example, I can't stand Carolnie from TVD or Hayley from TVD/TO) :D
