I usually don't put up OC stuff on twitter, but Patreon is different because reasons? I guess?
Mabel is the main character of my totally not derivative slice of life webcomic that only exists in thumbnails right now. Her design and look changes every once in a while probably because I'm a fraud who can't draw on model(!!!), but in general this is what she's like. I thought it would be fun to write and draw a hypercompetent blob with absurdly strong magical powers and then plop her into mundane modern situations, and Mabel was the result.
Originally I imagined her speaking in archaic language, complete with obsolete English characters and words, since she's technically from like the 1700's...but I figured it would become obnoxious for readers really fast so it's dialed back for the actual webcomic. Who would want to read a webcomic that requires a 17th century literature course to read, anyway? Aside from nerdy English majors. Like me.
Though her "class" is dragon, dragons in that world aren't big fire breathing lizards...so it's basically just named that to confuse people.
