Laura looks exactly like actress Dafne Keen. The Girl portrayed in the movie as X-23 (or Logan's daughter).

Andy Serkis (who plays as Caesar) and his studio "Imaginarium" use motion capture. A lot of the main character apes are acted and performed by real people, they also make the ape sounds. All they do is put CGI over the actor, much like how Andy Serkis did acting as Golem in Lord of the rings.
