Some (secret) info on my (secret) game!

Well, I promised a bit of info about my secret project, so here it is, for Patrons only!

For the past three months, I've been working on a short superhero game. It's not CCH-related, but I think you'll find the vibe is similar.

Why do this? you might ask.

Well, I met with some of the fine CoG staff in June when I attended NarraScope back in June, and a discussion was had about a possible superhero game in the spirit of "Choice of Dragon:" short, punchy, an enticement for new players. "Dragon' is 10 years old, after all.

I thought this was a great idea! I needed a short, manageable product to regain momentum! And it proved to be invaluable in better understanding CoG's house style.

I'm almost done with the draft! I just need to write a few final choices before I tackle the climax choices and resolutions with various end states.

Nothing is set re: beta testing or release date. I very much anticipate this will be a CoG release, but if something unforeseen were to happen, I would definitely release it as a HG. I really like this story, and I hope you will too.

AND...this process will make CCH3 MUCH MUCH better. My coding has grown more efficient, and my approach to structure, with primary and secondary goals, should help give CCH3 a more compelling narrative with tougher decisions!
