this is a free software that emulates a japanese machine, you only need to install, or run a portable version, and select "run in japanese" before you run the game.
is not a virus, you can download it for free in the oficial github page.
i use this aplication in a lot of games, and maybe it can be a solution for many problens of compatibility.
