[NEW RECIPE DESCRIPTION]

• Elote : Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free. Mexican street grilled corn

• Tamale : Lactose Free. A tamale is a traditional Mexico dish made of masa, a dough made from nixtamalized corn, which is steamed in a corn husk. The wrapping can either be discarded prior to eating or used as a plate. Tamales can be filled with meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, herbs, chilies, or any preparation according to taste, and both the filling and the cooking liquid may be seasoned.

• Corn Salsa : Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free. It is a good summer salsa recipe with grilled corn, avocado, tomato, onion, basil, dressing sauce. and eat with nachos.

• Horchata : Vegetarian-Safe. Horchata is a name given to various beverages, which are generally plant based, but sometimes contain animal milk. In Spain, it is made with soaked, ground, and sweetened tiger nuts. In some parts of the Americas, the base is white rice, along with other spices.

• Enchilada : Enchilada is a Mexican dish consisting of a corn tortilla rolled around a filling and covered with a savory sauce. Enchiladas can be filled with various ingredients, including meats, cheese, beans, potatoes, vegetables, or combinations.

• Churros : Vegetarian-Safe. Lactose Free. Churro is a cinnamon and sugar-topped fried pastry dough stick.

• Marquesita : Vegetarian-Safe. Marquesita is a dessert native to the state of Mexico. It consists of a crepe, rolled like a taco, filled with condensed milk, jam, chocolate or edam cheese. It is sold in squares, parks and streets.
