Why are your rewards had delay? (Update)

I need to update about my work this period. I had 2 big project from official.
1. Manga 160 pages, It needs close order about 37 over pages on next month.
2. Drawing character sheets for modeling to 3D on game mobile, It needs close order about 24 characters on next month.
That is reason my rewrads had slow. T_T
But I still try processing next rewards, Thank for wait.
