I'm sorry for the confusion—I think I caused it by referring to the area as the "waist."
As you pointed out, the issue was actually with the hips (the area between the waist and the legs).
When the character is close to the werewolf, the knees rise too high, which causes the hips to twist.
Lowering the knees toward the werewolf, as you suggested, fixed the issue.
While trying to figure out a proper solution, I went into the Anim menu and unchecked Joint Correction > Crotch, and that also solved the problem. The animation now works properly.
It seems that disabling it helped prevent the joints from bending too much, which resolved the issue.

If the issue is the buttocks area (between the waist and legs) breaking, you'll need to adjust the knee Z-axis (blue) more toward the werewolf side. I encountered this problem during Creating too... It might actually be caused by the model's size being different

As the creator suggested, I deleted the B Position (cf_j_spine01), but the waist still bends unnaturally.
Upon further inspection, I noticed that even slightly larger loli characters briefly experience this waist-bending issue, and it seems to occur the moment they come into contact with a male character.
I tested this with multiple adult and loli characters — smaller characters don't have this issue, but the larger the character, the more likely the issue appears.
It seems like the model collision happens at the point where the female character comes into contact with the male character.

This issue doesn’t occur with loli-type characters, but with adult-type bodies, the waist bends unnaturally when the body makes close contact during hip movement or ejaculation animations.
