This one goes over everything to do with Mohg...and it's a lot. It originally started as a video covering all of the Outer Gods, but soon I realised that there was just SO much to talk about here.
Looking forward to bringing you more lore than ever in the coming months.
P.S. I haven't watched through this version yet to check for errors, so please let me know if you spot any!

58:40 I noticed the earlier reference to "Remembrance of the Blood Lord", had "Young Emyrean" capitalized, as if it's a title, but this time it's not.

2024-03-10 14:25:43 +0000 UTC00:34 - 01:03: Music is a hair too loud for the voiceover. 09:37 - 09:49: Aspect Ratio for initial BloodBorne Clip is smaller, not sure if intentional? 25:26 - 25:32: CAPTION - The word “painful” is written but not said, not a noticeable issue though, and not worth rerecording to include I think. 39:52 - 39:54: CAPTION - Double space between “loss and “with” - blood loss with sickening efficacy. 53:19 - 53:24: Slumbering Egg - different format for onscreen text, hyphen instead of speech marks, I assume intentional? 58:49 - 58:58: MOGH DIALOGUE - “Dearest Miquella” has no subtitles, but “You must abide alone awhile” does have subtitles, maybe add sub, or replace footage with subtitleless? 59:36 - 59:45: CAPTION - Rhico’s quote ends in 5 periods, “.....” - not sure if intentional? 1:02:47 - 1:02:54: Footage of Mogwyn slows down/is static, noticeable for contrasting with the dynamic shots before and after, preference decision. 1:03:56 - 1:04:07: TRANSITION appears a bit pixelated/janky, might need tweaking

2024-03-10 14:25:31 +0000 UTC34:20, maybe this speaks to my job, but it almost looks like the festering finger has a bind at the top like a tourniquet. This would cause venous blood to pool in the finger. Medically, we call this hemoconcentration (and is something to avoid in proper phlebotomy ;) )

2024-03-10 14:11:53 +0000 UTCIt is also possible that the reason why Miquella "predicted" that Mohg would abduct his slumber form and cocoon, is because of Ranni. Ranni could have predicted that happening, since she comes from the line of Astrologers capable of reading fate in the stars. And assuming that Miquella was Torrent's former master, then it would imply a connection between the 2 of them given Ranni's dialogue when we first meet her in Limgrave. So it is possible that at one point or another, Miquella and Ranni were allies in their quest of divesting themselves from the shackles of the greater will.

2024-03-10 03:57:08 +0000 UTCOne of the things I would love to learn more about is Miquella's and Melina's connection with Ranni. There are too many coincidences between the three. Ranni's doll looks exactly like Melina. Melina gifts you Torrent, which seems to have belonged to Miquella (assuming that is torrent in that picture). Ranni states that it was Torrent's former owner who left her the wolf spirit ashes to be passed on to Torrent's new master. Ranni has discarded her flesh, and so it seems to be the same with Miquella, Ranni using a doll to house her soul, and Miquella instead departing to the Shadowlands.

2024-03-10 03:28:38 +0000 UTCThis was fun. Lot's of great connections, such as all the blood followers throughout TLB. My first opinion from the trailer was that Miq was up to some interesting experiments in the shadowlands. They were seemingly of genius intellect and a terrifying craftsman. A hidden land sounds like a great place to work on things outside or what may be against the order (maybe by Marika's request?) A lot of this just may be the primordial aspects being before Marika's order, but as compelling as he is, it might have been easy to bring any inhabitants on board. Seem like its the flip in Shadowlands, the impure is venerated, the Erdtree and it's faithful don't seemed welcomed. Would not doubt it if Messmer was also a part of it, they could have been creating a demigod to rival the order in case the Tarnished should fail. (although not sure if Shadowlands residents are able to physically travel to TLB since Marika left)
