Here's the first Prepare to Cry for August - "The Grand Betrayal".
This video took on a lot of forms. Originally it was a dissection of the Untended Graves..then it was a collaboration with Game Theory..and now it's a Prepare to Cry - the only format that lets me put forward my opinion on the place in an entertaining way.
Honestly, I don't think even Miyazaki could adequately explain all the inconsistencies within the Untended Graves. It's where theories (and Unkindled) go to die, basically. I've attempted to exhaustively explain everything within it multiple times, and..there's just no satisfying way to tie it all together.
As a result i'm not super happy about how this turned out, but I didn't want all this research to go to waste.
I won't be able to make this public for a while as I have to find a new Prepare to Cry artist :( It'll be our secret for a while.

I still love the fact that the series has brought more questions than answers in the end, and even in between. This part, the untended graves, where the world seems show a complete collapse of light, and how it was linked to the fact that light equals time... Yes, does not explain everything, but Dark Souls does not clarify, it implies most of the time. Wonderful video on one of the more confusing (and hard first time around) areas of the game. Could this be a Prepare to Why?
