Welcome back, adventurers!
In this set, we're dipping our toes into the scenic side of Xhorhas, with shambling garrisons against the demon incursions of the dark temple.
This garrison has seen more wear and tear than most walls twice its age, with even the ancient ruins it was fashioned from bleached bone white from sand and sun.
In variants foggy, fey, and fiery:
Quite comforted in its darkness though, is this willow shrine. We were thinking of deep pits of beauty even in the harshness of Xhorhas: in this case, an everglowing tree in the netherdeep, its roots nourished more by blackness than light. At its feet sleep the eyes of its worshippers, ancient and new.
Far above it though, closer to sun and dunes, is this hillside outpost, one of many leaning against the craggy surface of the mountain. Here the settlement has piled on high, hoping for a higher vantage point and a few moment's respite from demons and calamity:
