PPR, Non-PPR, and Half-PPR Fantasy Rankings (v2.0)

Now that I'm done watching all the tape from the first week of preseason, I've been able to finish this week's update for the fantasy rankings. I have also added Half-PPR columns for those of you (like myself) that are in a bunch of Half-PPR leagues or playing on Underdog Best Ball leagues (which is also Half-PPR by the way).
