If I were to give ideas about a plot I would say maybe choose a character through a poll (my personal preference is Suisei and Kronii) and it could be how they begun a force NTR with executives and high investors, they hated it at the beginning but come to love it at the end. The setting could be multiple areas like top of buildings, onsens, private venues, a private beach and even their headquarters. It could be following the story of 1 idol and have some panels with multiple idols from time to time. If you want to can extended to another idol by changing the perspective. Example: the first story is about Suisei it finishes and the next story is about Kronii with some appearances of Suisei or more idols. PS try avoiding putting "NTR or "Cuck" on titles if you were to go with that idea I heard that Patreon doesn't like that word.
