Kind of like how I added the lovebird addition to the budgie course π The cookbook we havenβt decided yet, but I think the Rocko and Morgan tiers will be getting it free with their membership! Since thatβs how it is now.

There have been times we donβt feel safe enough in an area at that time of day to take a walk outside so itβs a double indoor workout or something or maybe a walk around the airport for 45 mins during a layover!

I am hoping to become one of their volunteers and get more hands on experience with larger birds. I dream of teaching birds and becoming part of the mission to rescue parrots.

Regarding human feeding system βπΌ, I think it's very important to be eating with intention. Just like how we feed our birds. The ratio is important too. Me personally, I cannot focus when I feel hungry . And I get hungry more easily , when I have been having high carb meal (ie fried rice for lunch/dinner. But it's fine for me to have fried rice for bfast, sometimes it will last until lunch time. And if I feel hungry before breakfast, then I will add two sunny eggs to my fried rice). Vegies are very important as well for the vitamins, mineral and the other ingredients in it , and they are very filing. But I am not a vegetarian . βπΌ
