Brilliant.

I guess the word โ€œfallโ€ isnโ€™t accurate but he will not make it that far and so I meant he will eventually end up on the ground. And yes heโ€™s very out of shape since we donโ€™t condition him much at all. He shows very little โ€œwantโ€ for it so we just sort of let him be so I was happily surprised at his desire in this session.

That holds our pellets. Itโ€™s kind of like how hotels dispense cereal. The floor space is from moving all the aviaries out lol.

I heard you say something to Comet like "Don't try to fly that far, you'll fall." Did something happen to Comet? Or is he just out of shape? I didn't know if him holding his wings out was a sign of pain from his issue that you talked about before (I can't remember what it was exactly).

You did a wonderful job wrangling all the macaws together and training . Iโ€™m so sorry this is all so stressful . I know part of the feeling . Just finished a 17 foot pad with decomposed granite and a walkway with flagstone . Today the 13โ€™ aviary arrived on a huge wooden pallet and tomorrow we will attempt to bolt this this together . It took over two months for them to build. It came from KW wings. The cost and hidden costs building the pad, the wait the manual labor . All of it uggh !!! Itโ€™s best to think this will all turn out and have faith. This will be behind you soon and you will have a fantastic aviary !!

This was super fun to watch! I'm sorry this has been so stressful. It will be so nice when everything is settled.

I don't know which I'm more impressed with - how gorgeous all the birds are (and they really are - those tails!) or how clean and organized your garage is. Ours hasn't had that much floor space since maybe 1971. And that's without birds. Is that a treat dispenser on the wall with five tubes near the thermostat?
