Progress Update for v0.3 #4 / Version 0.3 Eta

I'll be out of town for a little while, though I am taking a laptop with me and still plan to work on the game when I have a chance, progress will probably slow a bit. I am hoping to release v0.3 as soon as I can after I return. My goal is to have it out before the end of August.
