Akuma Maru flies above Tchar-monn City

Eric guides the Akuma Maru ( 悪魔丸 ) in a wide circle above the city, per Tchar-monn Spaceport Control's instructions.
"There's no space traffic here at all," Eric says softly to himself, "What's the big hold-up?"
He glances at the nav computer, "No sign of Dmitri yet. He probably needs to get well clear of Nemesis HQ before he attempts to get my attention."
