The lift doors open silently. "Sentry! Ha! I can take his unifo... ah CRAP!" Dmitri sees a well-conditioned lupine alien facing away from the lift doors, "A Canid! One of the 狼警備 (Ōkami keibi), the Wolf Guard. Gotta be very careful now," Dmitri's mind is racing as he steps quickly out of the lift, making absolutely no noise as he pads down the hallway.
"Gotta move fast and knock him out; enhanced senses, reflexes, strength - Canids are perfect for sentry duty. He can probably smell me or even detect my body heat..."
The sentry begins to turn his head towards Dmitri who is still two meters away. Dmitri darts forward and then...
