Hi Beneos, are these animated maps viable for TV play or is it only good for online use?

Elliott Augustine

Hi, I absolutely love this map, and started building my story around it, then I found out that for some reason, the Reactor scenes don't work in Foundry. It's not a huge deal, and this content is extremely old right now, but I mean, if you do happen to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Alya, no we started to add intro videos with release 53 Gates of Barovia. The Storms Cry unfortunately is not part of it.

Beneos Battlemaps

is there a preview video to show players with this?

I cannot wait to use these maps in my upcoming Spelljammer campaign. Thank you!

Hard disagree. Please continue to explore this genre--many of us are here for ALL types of content, not just one sliver.

Dear Ben Again you made an amazing map - it is absolutely beautiful. But, it is also totally useless to me! I am here for D&D fantasy maps - the generic kind, the "normal fantasy" - I am not going to play steampunk or spelljammer. You made a poll about this, and yes there was a 56% majority who voted interested in this map... But with this map, you entered som very special environment - which mean that 44% of us, are dissapointed. - Its no biggie, it is just 1 map. But still. The next poll was better. Here you go for the Dragonlance theme. The difference is, that even if you still get an almost 50/50 vote, for or against it, it will still be within the normal fantasy style, so still good for those who loose the poll. My point here, is when you make polls that is yes or no to a type of map, then think about if the map will still be usable for everyone, or only good for those who vote for it. And why all the polls? We are hundreds in here now. Every time you make a poll, some will loose, and some will win. If you stick to generic fantasy material, then everybody wins! That will keep all of us happy. If you need inspiration, let me brainstorm a little: Orc camp, Kuo Toa Village, Yuan-Ti Village, Aztec-style town with temple, Desert town with temple, and just do a kick ass pyramid. Goblin Camp, Dwarf stonghold, Elven tree town, Shardar-Kai holy site, Kings Castle, City-Thieves Lair, Military camp, X-Giant place. Or special places in capitals like Docks, Warehouses, Library, Temples in X-god's styles, Slums, Rich quarters, a couple of mansions we can rob, bathhouse, whorehouse, cultist hideout etc etc. - Give some of them themes, like Kills the boss of X, Free the prisoner from X, Investigate/infiltrate X, storm X, save X... If you ever run out of ideas? - just let me know. :D

Jaw dropping!
