Modern Residence Baseline (Update)

I've spend about half an hours to clear out the area of a vanilla generated world to find a baseline I can work with before raising the house from the ground. I do have a grip on where I'm going, but the end result is of course still a blur that will eventually be worked out as the building process continues. As before mentioned, everything I create comes from my own perspective If a predetermined direction does not come from the prerequisites of a commission, this alone can usually have the effect of extending the time it takes to complete a build if detailing is a quality that is emphasized. Notwithstanding, being a modern house, I'm sure it will not take too long to complete if I go for a modest size for this journey residence.

I initially wanted to clear the village on the north, but decided to keep it clear from my WE brush to give me a sense of scale; essentially creating a baseline of contrast with the build itself, structurally and geographical. I also think it makes sense to keep the village even after the build has been declared a done deal, affording some company for the journeyman while undertaking his survival ventures. To preserve the organic feel of your survival journey, I'll refrain from making alterations to the generated village by keeping it as default as possible, with the exception of connected pathways that maintains its original color.

As above mentioned, the build might not turn out as displayed in the screenshots, but it most definitely gives me a foundation to work with, so I'll take it from there. Hope you guys are still doing awesome. Peace! (^_*)7

Update I (Final Update)

- All exteriors are basically a done deal

- Interiors are being finalized

- Terraforming can be considered a complete work

- And detailing set according my preference

- I'm also working on a vanilla conversion, which shouldn't take too long

- If everything goes as planned, I should have both versions of the build done by tomorrow;
 Wednesday if I'm preoccupied. If I didn't have so much to do in-between, the build would have
 been done much earlier

Statistical Estimate:

Exterior = 100%

Interior = 100%

Terraforming = 100%

Detailing = 100%

Appreciation = 369%
