Quick update on a build in the making:
I'm currently working on an old Victorian style house that will be considered build #3 from a larger bundle. Haven't heard from the commissioner in a while, so this might be, depending on the continuation of the personal thread, be the last build if there is no interest. This will of course enable me to focus on my own projects, which is plenty and lucid in the mind.
Not sure how long this build will take, but it should not take too long to complete with my current building rate. However, it should be considered that I have a lot of personal ventures beyond the screen, making an approximation somewhat unclear.
