The destination is unknown and the contents of the strangely shaped cases are *certainly* a mystery - but the high payment, made in advance, was far too attractive to pass up!
Once they reach interstellar space in a random direction, well clear of the star system, the nav computer chirrups and their destination is finally revealed. "Deshret, in the Khemet System," Dmitri reads off his pilot's console as Eric nods agreement, looking at his own display.
Eric looks thoughtful, "I'm going to check something in the cargo hold," Dmitri looks momentarily alarmed but Eric grins at him, "I won't disturb those cases - trust me."

Yes, that comment was designed to make you feel uneasy. What could go wrong? 👿 But, these little scenelets are out-of-sequence and we've already seen Eric and Dmitri safe in a future episode. 😁
