Tomorrow I'm going to Vipassana for 10 days.
I donβt know if youβve heard about this, I will be cut off from the outside world for 10 days!π±
I will meditate for 10 hours every day!
There are very strict rules.
You cannot look other people in the eyes, speak, read, write, or listen to music. You can't do anything!
This will be my first time being alone with my thoughts for such a long time. I wonβt be able to hide from them on the Internet, work, films, books.
