Here they're keeping someone in their belly, promising to let them out in the morning, as doubtlessly their late night treat is blushing up a storm in there. I suppose this could be considered endo, as I got the impression it was a more cuddly sort of belly stay. Just that they're very teasy about it~
I really got carried away with the shading on this, but nighttime/early morning bed scenes are always fun to play around with. X3
