I've discovered how to remove the ugly face shadow which appear while replacing the foundation 3D model assets inside the TitleBG.pack
Me and my friend have tried for a long time, trying to find a solution without success, we finally gave up on it. I tried again while trying working on making a playable Riju. I'm happy to share the solution for all!
The following tutorial assumes you already know the basics of how to mod BOTW.
While in Blender, head over to the modifier properties.

Under the dropdown menu, add the following two modifiers.
-Weighted Normal
-Normal Edit

Under weighted normal, choose the following settings.
weighted normal settings= face Area & angle
=weight [50%]
=threshold [0.01]
✖ keep sharp
✖ face influence

Under normal edit, choose the following settings.
normal edit
✖ target
mix mode=subtract
mix factor=0.361
✖vertex group
max angle=180'
offset:
offset x= +0.380
offset y= -5.830
offset z= -2.230

Important note! Make sure (Weighted Normal) is placed above (Normal Edit) as you can see in the image example below.⤵

While in Blender, your face model should appear like this⤵. although rough while in blender, it should appear smooth in-game!
Note: This fix was only tested on Riju's face model design. If you encounter any conflicts, make sure to experiment with the offset [x,y,z] settings on your own personal project!

Don't forget⭐
when you replace the face mesh inside Toolbox, make sure you replace the face model alone (with the armature). Select the "face" 3d model and replace (static).

Keep the following Import settings as you see here!

Assimp mesh selector: select the name of the 3D model, in my example, the model is called "eyelash_L__Mt_Face.001_Riju Face". But your example may appear differently. Once you've selected the name of your model, hit OK👌

Import settings should appear like this!🔥

Make sure "keep original skin count" is checked on ☑
