New logo, status update, progress shots, new car pack!

It has once again been a while.

First things first, we have a new logo. It will be used on all our stuff from now on. You can find the artist's YT channel here.

I am back from the army and development on the track has resumed. There's currently 3 areas that development is focusing on. I am including WIP screenshots below but there's barely anything to look at since only roads have been made and scenery is lacking:

• The Shibuya - Shinjuku connection. This is a series of roads around Yoyogi Park that will connect Shibuya Crossing (currently drivable in the PTB version of the track) and Shinjuku, near Yoyogi PA:

• Daikoku PA. The famous parking area where most of the car meet videos you'll find online take place, located within the spiraling roads that connect the K5 Route with Bayshore Route. We plan on creating the Parking Area itself as well as the entire artificial island its located on. The streets around the PA are popular drifting spots. No screenshot of this area since its too early even for the roads. We expect to have it be drivable quite soon though. Location in Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/aH45PxuUUKattoDb6

• Yaesu Route. A small section of expressway that connects existing sections of SRP's C1 Route by running parallel to the train tracks in the impressive area of Ginza. This area is entirely being made by our server moderator "Simskii", who as it turned out has a talent for Blender! He has been making great progress and the overground part of Yaesu is actually already drivable.

We are also in the process of "planting" 3D trees through the whole track. Last time we mentioned 3D trees, it was only a test in the Shibuya/Shinjuku area. At the time, there was an issue with tree materials becoming semi transparent on any sort of distance, making the trees almost invisible. The latest CSP Preview seems to have fixed this issue and hopefully this fix will find its way to a free CSP version soon.

The next steps for the trees is to replace the current trees with these new 3D models, thin out or reallocate the trees because currently some areas use too many trees to straight up swap with 3D ones and ideally create new 3D tree models to match the IRL types of trees found in the areas SRP covers.

We are also planning to bring back our "Slow Car Pack" as the renamed "Street Spec Car Pack" for our "Slow" servers, featuring the cars that where in the pack last time with a few changes to the lineup and some individual car tweaks. We'll post more information about this when we are closer to release.
