First, we've posted a guide to medications commonly used in gender affirmation HRT to our website, and this newsletter contains a brief summary and some commentary about the guide. Big thanks to @roo to working with me - thanks to their help, we were able to actually get it out the door this month! It's obviously not perfect, we're not endocrinologists, but we think it will be a useful level of detail for people who want more than the generic advice you get from drug manufacturers (including pages of side effects and risks), or the lack of detail from a lot of doctors in rushed appointments. Just hoping to help patients better understand their options!
Second, an update on this head anatomy video we've been teasing for a while! It's coming along extremely well, and it's current recording length is about 20 minutes (with a lot more recording time still to go XD). I've got some commentary on why this video will be important for our organization, as well as the workflow I'm using to make sure it's scientifically useful as well as well-organized and understandable.
