2023-09-06 15:31:38 +0000 UTCMy reason for monthly (if anyone cares): I have the BILT credit card which gives 1x points on rent, but I need to make at least 5 purchases per month to receive it. Additionally, purchases on the 1st of every month get 2x points. So, this monthly Patreon subscription helps me get to 5 payments plus 2x points since I pay on 1st of every month.
