Tale of Four HERESY Gamers EVENT RULES for this weekend!
Added 2023-02-21 14:52:01 +0000 UTCOk, I've just been reminded that I should really do some RULES for this event so here goes:
THE TAKING OF THE QUADRANIA SYSTEM
The quadrinary system of Quadrania lies right on the Warmaster's route to Terra. Oops. Bad planning, Imperium! And thus, various splinter factions of the Warmaster's forces have laid siege to it. Twelve warlords will descend on Warhammer World this weekend to find out if Loyalists or Traitors will win the battle for Quadrania!
- Each Warlord should bring a 2000pt army as per the base rules. Legendary units are allowed. Multiple lists and trying out different things through the event is also allowed. If people want to bring a 3000pt list too, please do and I'll see if I can pair you up against people.
- Each player shall be declared either Loyalist or Traitor until there are even numbers of each, and matched against each other each round using a cunning system of my own devising.
-Missions will be from the main book and announced at the top of each round, though there might be a SURPRISE mission.
- We'll aim to play two games on Saturday and two games on Sunday, though if people breeze through their games they're welcome to play more.
- We have the six feature tables booked, which are usually at the end of the hall closest to the shop. Meet by them at 10am Saturday for the DECLARATION OF ALLEGIANCES. Naming your warlord something fancy / silly is encouraged.
- There will be no tracking of points for individual generals, only of victories in the name of the Warmaster / Emperor! At the end of the weekend, the Quadrania system will be declared for one side.

2023-02-23 03:54:10 +0000 UTCWell, I'll definitely have options up to 2,500 points - just not going to quite get to 3,000 though, even if that was my goal. My DG can run happily as either Traitor or Loyalist (both mechanically and fluff wise) so can flex to balance out the sides as needed.

Im not sure exactly how it'll work but I'm looking forward to it. Best of luck to those of you heading up for the weekend! Would love to have a game with those of you in London when you're back.
