February Billing Refunds
Added 2020-02-28 21:17:53 +0000 UTCHi everybody, I'm still on a short break but I've got an announcement to make.
Unfortunately I've made a mistake, the billing for this Patreon was supposed to be paused until I got back (and so I could contact everybody who was pledged to me to make them aware of the changes) however I didn't realise that you had to manually repause the Patreon every billing cycle and Patreon has already started charging for February.
Once it's done processing I will refund all the pledges made for February, then send out the emails to everyone still pledged to me to remind them of the Patreon changes.
I will then let Patreon return to normal billing for March since I have to assume that at that point everyone who is pledging to me is aware of the changes.
Anyway, I hope you folks are all doing well, and I'll see you when I get back, which should be in a couple of weeks, tops.

Yeh it's a little confusing for me too, I paused it for January, and when I went to pause it for February it wouldn't let me because it's already started processing them, I must've left it too late. But you're right at this point anyone who's still pledged to me either still intends to do so with the tiers removed, or doesn't care and lets the pledge just stand. Still I want to make sure I do everything possible to let folks modify or cancel their pledges, so I'm going to blanket refund everyone for February, send out the emails, and just leave it at that. Then I can get back to work without worrying about it :D
