BBQ Jamwon Room layout & exclusive cc

You have to download both attachments :)
The Early access attachment includes 1 folder:
- Early access cc
The Room layout & Exclusive CC attachment includes 3 folders:
- Exclusive CC (place in your Mods folder)
- Room bound CC (place in your Mods folder and replace cc files that you already have)
- Tray files (place in your Tray folder)
Please read the room installation instructions in the image above (also inside the ZIP folder) for more details how to place the room in your game.
Room details:
- You only need basegame
- 6x8 squares
- 12.335 simdollars
- High walls
- Place the room anywhere you want on your lot
