Wardrobe Tour: Pants Part 3
Added 2024-02-29 15:09:13 +0000 UTCDo you want outerwear tour or shoes tour next? This is the final chapter (of pants, for now!) and I'm excited to start a new one. We're currently in paris, about halfway through the week AND, on a very fashion relevant note: this is Daniella and my first leap day together :) We met a little after leap year, almost four years ago.
Your support means the world to us :) Enjoy

2024-05-07 06:14:44 +0000 UTCgbs photos have this charm and lack of frills that early instagram photos had. like to me there no real story telling in the photography because most of the magic is likely focused into making a product with the most tangible quality imaginable and making new textiles. like once u put it on you will know....oh so ive been wearing garbage all my life this is clothing

2024-03-03 03:19:33 +0000 UTCASK AND THOU SHALL RECEIVE Weird –I've been around RVA for most of my life and have never heard of Round Two. Actually, I used to live in Shockoe Bottom and there was this really cool place right by the train station that designed their own jeans. They sourced their denim from Italy, manufactured them in house and offered lifetime repairs which was pretty darn cool. Not sure if they made it through Covid… wish I could remember their name. Anyways, thanks for turning me onto Round Two. Their stuff is right up my alley. And thanks for dropping this vid from Paris. That's some serious dedication to the fandom and I'm sure I'm not alone in saying I appreciate your ability to weave a compelling story as much as I appreciate the designers you feature who do the same. P.S can confirm people from Richmond love claiming to know famous people also from Richmond. I've mainly heard it in the context of music (GWAR, PBR, Dispatch back in the day to a lesser extent). But yeah it's a bit lame. P.P.S. shoes

2024-03-01 15:05:50 +0000 UTCHi Lily! Could you send me a DM here on Patreon? It’s a little more complicated than a link. DM me and I’ll be happy to send instructions. I’d send them to you myself but I’m away from my laptop until late tonight

2024-02-29 23:42:02 +0000 UTCThanks for talking about Geoffrey B Small! I didn't know about him until I saw this. I watched a bit of the podcast you recommended and it was so insightful! So many interesting behind the scenes info directly from an older designer thats pretty hard to come by! The podcast is called Artisanal Fashion with Geoffrey B. Small on spotify

2024-02-29 23:36:45 +0000 UTCYour slippers are likely inspired by Charentaise felt slippers, Which date back the 17th century. There's still a company that manufactures high quality versions in Charente for around €100.
