Save File CC

Hi! I haven't been posting here nearly enough (been mostly active on tumblr), but I've been working on a save file for the past month and a half-ish! There's a lot of progress pics on my tumblr if you want to see what I've done so far. I'm envisioning a small, New England inspired town as a Willow Creek replacement, called 'Crest Harbor'. 

But while working on it, I've been finding myself looking for specific CC (and being unable to Google my way out of it), so these are a few pieces I've made so far for the save file!

Simple Doors and Windows

A simple screen/glass door and window set for Crest Harbor's houses. DL Here 

Old-School Basketball Goal

A TS2 inspired basketball goal. Also comes with a wall version. DL Here 

House Details

A couple of functional garden pots, a hanging wall flag, and some house numbers to make your homes feel a bit more realistic. A PSD is also included with the flag so you can edit your own in, I just picked some random ones for the swatches. (note: the door in this screenshot is not the same as the one i made). DL Here 

As always, anything can be recolored, edited, modified, whatever!

Also, last but not least, I made a mod that allows you to click anywhere in the world (in places where you'd get a little 🚫 previously). It's very helpful for placing objects with TOOL. You can learn more about it and download here!

As for here on out, I'll be making smaller CC packs (more frequently!) for each room of the house to use in my save file. The theme for the objects will be realism, nostalgia, and clutter. There's so much beautiful 'dream house' cc in the community and so little of the opposite, and I really want to make something simple that reminds me of my childhood home. My goal is create sets that make a house feel lived-in and basically the opposite of renovated, inspired by builder-grade interiors from the 90s (gag, I know, that's the point). Basement Treasures kit vibes - except free. So far I'm planning a kitchen, entryway, bedroom, and living room set. I'll be posting pics of the first one (entry) as soon as I've done the textures, I'm really excited for it!
