I'm hiring an operations/project manager

My new TTRPG publishing company, Eidolon Publishing, is hiring a new operations manager! Full details below:

Description. As operations manager, you would act as project manager for our entire (soon-to-be 20+ person) company and maintain company documents and procedures. You would train and work under our operations director (our current operations manager), and would have a pathway to succeed him later this year when he shifts entirely to a chief-of-staff position. 

Qualifications. Applicants should have management/leadership experience, as well as significant project management skills and experience, and should be exceptionally skilled in communicating, triaging/prioritizing, and understanding/improving processes.

Hours. You’d work remotely on a part-time basis for 10-15 hours per week (though this might rise during busier periods). You would have weekly check-in meetings with our operations director, would attend project meetings when able (which largely occur on evenings and weekends, US time), and would be expected to check in regularly with individual team members (largely asynchronously, but occasionally synchronously) to confirm progress, bottlenecks, and potential issues.

Compensation. As I’ve previously mentioned, our funds are currently extremely limited. Our current benchmark salary for this position is $40 per hour, but this is a placeholder figure, and we expect it to rise following a company-wide salary review this summer. (We’re currently scaling quickly, and are doing our best to ensure that all salaries are fair for each job’s description and each applicant’s skills and experience.) Until we can afford to pay you (which may not occur for a year or more), you’ll join all other staff (including myself) in earning equity in the business through a dynamic equity system that reflects your contributions over time.
