Support CoS Reloaded's Contributing Artist & Mapmaker!

If you've seen any of the incredible artwork interspersed throughout Curse of Strahd: Reloaded, you're probably already familiar with Caleb Cleveland's work. The illustrator of the official ABCs of D&D picture book and the creator of the fan Curse of Strahd "Faces in the Mist" series, Caleb is a fantastically talented illustrator who's generously allowed me to feature his work in Reloaded's pages, as well as lending original pieces specific to Reloaded's lore. From Kavan's spirit to Commander Vladimir Horngaard, the gallows speaker Leo Dilisnya, and much, much more, Caleb's art has done so much to bring Reloaded's story to life.

Similarly, veteran Curse of Strahd mapmaker DM Andy has generously contributed original battlemaps for DMs to use when running Curse of Strahd: Reloaded, including the Village of Barovia's east barricade and town square, Lake Zarovich's shore, and the bodaks' lair on Mt. Ghakis—with even more to come.

If you're financially able, I highly encourage you to support their work on Patreon. (You can find Caleb's Patreon here, and Andy's Patreon here.) The Curse of Strahd community wouldn't be what it is without the contributions, creativity, and hard work of incredible creators like Caleb and Andy.

Thank you to all of the supporters who make their work possible, both financially and through sharing their materials with others!

I'm only shocked that you're not working with James as well, his scenery goes hand in hand with Andy's maps. The instant I found Caleb, I recognized his talent, gave him some constructive criticism and told him to keep at it.. As expected, he has indeed turned in to a top shelf artist, and I'm quite proud of him for doing so. :) I've supported Andy forever and ever, it seems like, and Andy's newest round of maps are nothing less than stunning. Utterly unexpected, and every new map he puts out leaves me in awe. I've never seen better cartography. OH!! Andy has a Kickstarter, live right now, with only a few days left I think! Support him there as well! DO keep an eye on Heroic Maps as well. Joe draws each and every map by hand, and he's recently taken an interest in Barovia. They're stunning in a totally different way. I've used Joes generic haunted stylized maps for outdoor areas like the Svalich Woods and etc. for years and years. DMs will also want to take a look at the fly-through videos included with Beneos's maps. The OG tokenier, Devin Night, created a couple of packs of top-down tokens specifically for CoS. The man also has around 15,000 tokens now, for generic NPCs and creatures. On Discord, his community has kit-bashed dozens of other CoS specific tokens together. If you prefer the pog-style tokens, Pyram King and his community have stamped hundreds of them out. Not to mention, DragnaCarta hisself, doing what he does best as well! The CoS community is indeed blessed with amazing, top-tier content creators! There are dozens of others I could mention. I honestly can't think of anyone else I would add to a CoS dream team. They are all already here! :D

Noted, thank you!

I have a question about the images, in the description of the items from The Stone Crest's backstory it says "with the image of a three-pointed star", but the art of the item shows a triquetra, and in general there are few problems with this, although the context in the description is lost, but there is an image to guide you. Nevertheless, players encounter several monuments with the three-pointed star symbol of the Ladies Three, and only after reading Arc R - Trials of the Mountain did I realize that it was the same symbol. So, if it's still triquetra as shown in the picture, I suggest that it should be indicated in the description of this symbol to make it clearer for both masters and players, and it sounds more intriguing. And secondly, in the description of the item and possibly the boards themselves, indicate that a player with this crest will recognize the triquetra as on his item

Thank you so much, Dragna. I'm very proud to be contributing to something as worthwhile as the CoS community and Reloaded in particular. You're creating something truly special with every new tutorial and update. I feel quite lucky to be able to create and share helpful aids to playing the game. Again, thank you, and thank all of you that are finding my work through CoD: Reloaded.

DM Andy and Caleb are incredible. They have captured what makes both reloaded and the land of Barovia so cruel and cool. i Love them and have been supporting for over a year and no end in sight. Amazing artists.

You're too kind, Dragna! As a long-time supporter of your work, it's quite an honor to be mentioned here and to get to work on maps for Reloaded. The CoS community is one of the strongest I've seen in the RPG space, and the contributions I've seen continue to blow me away. From painted minis, 3d printed terrain, and handouts (both real and digital) to incredible artwork, writing, and even technical tools, it has truly blossomed into something beyond just another published module. Thank you for all of your contributions, too! Your narrative-focused approach is right up my alley, and my players had an unforgettable experience.
