Dr. Mason informed her it was common practice to document the process, not only for legal reasons, but also, as he explained it, to fully appreciate the "blossoming" of his clients as he called it.
The way he spoke about his work, Annie got the sense he was more than passionate, he was slightly obsessed. She hated to admit it, but she somewhat understood. After all, she'd been somewhat obsessed with her own lips, their new pouty fullness demanding her attention every time she passed a mirror.
