Idea 1

A scientist working in a lab is gettting ready to leave the laboratory he is working in. As he leaves an unknown person sneaking around quietly spills some special fluids on the ground on purpose and sneaks off. The scientist notices the mess that has been left behind and has to clean it up. Annoyed, he heads back inside and begins cleaning it up only to find an unusual sensation in the air. He then begins to feel sick as the chemicals create a strange gas that he is breathing in which causes his muscles to grow and belly to bloat outwards at an alarming rate. He panics and tries to move towards the door only to find himself too big to fit. The other guy peeks around the corner regularly as well.
