I meditated this morning and watched a video (and took notes! Hehe) about self-worth and let me tell youuu, I am feeling myself today! Iโm not fully recovered from my injury yet and still doing physio multiple times a week but I stretched my hip flexorsss and did some booty exercises today and it felt so good! It feels very good to be getting back to normal and being able to spend my days off recording, writing scripts, meditating and taking care of my body!
