CG Preview #10, progress report, and new outfits for Hangover

Hi, everyone! It's been a while! This break was extenuating, wasn't it? W-Well, mainly because it wasn't really one. I tried to code the update of both APBLU and HMHF so as to be able to release them early this month, but… I kinda made a stupid mistake. In any case, I rarely do it, but I think after a month of waiting, it would be good to share how things are going and when you might expect the next updates.

Progress Report

- Aya Edition –

So after the last few months where I had a hard time with the animations, now I can say I have them all for this month—thank God. The slight problem is that, for some fucking reason, I made a stupid mistake with one of the illustrations. Luca is supposed to be nude during that scene, but he's fully clothed. So now I need to ask my artist to redraw him nude, and then ask my animator to reanimate his nude body. Usually, I would just rewrite the scene and make him not nude, but the real problem is that the scene has two perspectives. In one of them, he's nude, and in the other one, he's fully clothed. And that's the same scene… So I can't just rewrite it. One of them needs to be redrawn to not look goofy. That's kind of my bad…

So instead of releasing it this week, it will have to wait at least two weeks (both my illustrator and animator are working on something at this moment). So expect it in the week of the 16th, hopefully.

- He Maid Her Fall –

First, let me mention that the Steam Page of He Maid Her Fall is now live! Please, go wishlist it! It helps a lot with the Steam algorithm.

As for the update, I am mainly missing one animation. I should receive it around the 7th? So as soon as I receive it, I'll be able to release the update. Just to be safe, expect the update around the 10th instead.

This update should have a bit more action, although nothing too crazy. I've been having issues with Steam, and even though the page is live, I'm not sure it will be accepted on Early Access. We will see. I'm investing a lot in this project, so it would hurt if I couldn't rely on Steam for my budget.

- Hangoverse -

I'm still waiting for one illustration. I almost finished writing the update—less than a thousand words to write, I think.  I don't know when I'm going to release that one though. The illustration might take a while to receive… so maybe after the update for Aya Edition. I'll try my best to release everything before Christmas, but I can't promise anything.

- The Edge Of – DE –

No real news for this project. You guys have unanimously voted for the new sprites + animated sprites. Since those now need to be redrawn, and since my artist… is kinda slow… it might take a while before I can release anything. I'll let you guys know though. I'm in the middle of writing Beth's perspective. It's… hard… Mainly because I don't feel like I'm capturing her character precisely. But I already announced the thing and paid the artist, so we'll improvise… o-or something…

Hangover New Outfits

Some of you might remember that I had announced that I would be taking submissions for ideas regarding Hangover outfits. She's been in need of a new wardrobe for… a while now. And since it's that magical time of the year, I guess I will start taking your suggestions now.

There are no real rules… maybe except for the fact that I don't want her to just be almost naked. She's my wife, you swine! Show a bit of respect!

Seriously though, just submit your idea in the comment section. I will be the one to decide which ideas I choose. There's no theme or anything, although I will choose one outfit for every month (so twelve total). If the outfit fits a month in particular, then it has obviously more chance of being picked.

I'll take suggestion for a week, so don't wait too long. Please give me an example of the suggestion, if possible, else I'll have a hard time understanding exactly what you want.

I tried to ask for suggestions once, but almost no one gave one to me. So, like last time, if I don't have enough suggestions, I will simply take it as you guys not really caring all that much, and she will just have to do with her old outfits…

I-It's not that I'm cheap or anything…

CG Preview #10 (Aya)

Now, for the CG preview, I don't want to spoil too much, so it will be something not that crazy. I know you guys have been waiting for a while now, with my break and all… but what's so hard about waiting another two weeks…?

In any case, this preview is somewhat soft. If:

Level 1 = A CG without sex.

Level 2 = A CG involving some kind of sex, but not the main scene of the update

Level 3 = The main scene of the update.

This CG is level 2. Nothing crazy. Can kinda give you a tone of what's about to happen.
