I've got a lot of bits from previous sculpts I can use to get moving quickly on some different body types and heads etc so I'll start there and then we can figure out classes to flesh out the designs.

I have a leonin and tabaxi monk in the 5e game I DM for, and I think it would be nice to have a cat folk swordsage for my monthly 3.5 game. I'm considering creating a character with less armor, more like a feudal style, using leather and cloth. Weapons at side or lower back
