Thank you guys for supporting!
after long wait...the June reward is finally released!
I hope you enjoy the new video.
I'm not sure if I can keep doing it this way, but it felt worth trying.
What do you guys think?

2025-06-27 00:53:20 +0000 UTCI saw you use Shanaencoder, here's how to change the encoding settings for better quality: https://files.catbox.moe/kp5dfq.png Click the configuration button and change profile from "baseline" to "high", preset from "veryfast" to "slow", tune from "none" to "film". The compression speed will be several times slower compared to Shanaencoder's default settings, but the quality will be better and file size will be smaller. Now you have better compression, you can lower the "video quality" number to get more quality. The playback compability is the same for modern devices. The intermediate files' size will not affect the final comression, so you can export the intermediate files as large (high quality) as you can, this will help the final quality.

2025-06-23 11:51:01 +0000 UTCI asked about the same thing last month but it appears things have not improved. For some technical details, if you look at the "final" file's metadata, it's encoded by x264, using preset veryfast, profile baseline, and CRF 19. Now that's a low quality setting for sure, but it shouldn't be this bad. If you look the previous rewards, sometimes the filesize is more than 2x larger, and it still looks like ass (pun intended). This means the biggest problem is not the "final" bitrate, it's further up the line. Rinhee needs to increase the INTERMEDIATE files' quality. With the biggest problem out of the way, a improve on the final encoding quality is also a nice improvement (AND it's a improvement ONLY when intermediate files have higher quality).

2025-06-22 06:56:22 +0000 UTCI think the shorter version is way better, it felt more dynamic. The longer versions feel sometimes stale. In my opinion the burnice and arlecchino rewards are my favorites.

2025-06-21 17:47:44 +0000 UTCI would like to see an increase in bitrate. Occasionally in some scenes there are blocky artifacts because the bitrate is not high enough. Example: Burnice's thigh: https://files.catbox.moe/g73kv5.png It is sometimes distracting because the rest of the image looks nice and only some parts of it look like they got rendered as jpeg. Of course, if this is by design and you want it that way, you are free to do so. The files would take more space, but personally I think it's a fair tradeoff.

2025-06-21 05:02:33 +0000 UTCI'm gonna go with shorter animations for a while. Burnice animation looks more dinamic since there are more scenes and I like that. The quality is still top-notch so I think it's worth it
