Together in Spire v7.0.16 - Fixes and Improvements

Today's update is a smaller one feature-wise, and mostly includes the underlying updates to the networking system and a setup step for future updates. It also resolves any issues with Act Like It mods and Downfall, so those can be played again. This comes with the exception of Ruina, as there's some patches on the mod's side that need to be updated.
There's already some known issues to me with this version so there's going to be another update this week to fix those, along with some cool new features!
This version also includes an updated Booster Pack that works but, until the official release of TiS v7, the Booster Pack is moving into legacy mode. TiS has changed under the hood to the point that the Booster Pack needs a complete rewrite to have 100% functionality, which is something I'll be able to truly dedicate my time to only after TiS v7 is fully out. Don't worry tho, as I'm aiming to have that be done sooner rather than later, so the delay shouldn't be too bad. In the meantime, the Booster Pack IS playable but will work at reduced capacity, with some bugs.
