Hey Patrons!

First of all - apologies for the delay in updates. Life goes crazy, and I just didn't have the time to release an update recently. Additionally, as you'll see in just a moment, the next update will be quite a big one, which means I can't really release it until a good portion of it is done. Either case, I appreciate your patience and hope you're looking forward to the next update!

Now - what can you expect from the next update?

I've been working hard on a something that has been requested several times over, and while it's still a heavy work in progress, I'd like to share with you the announcement of a complete UI rework! TiS v6 UI faces several core issues that I wanted to adress. As such, the UI system I use has been re-written from the ground up with 3 key points in mind:

Ease of use - the UI needs to be easy and fast to create. It needs to be dynamic and straightforward.
Full controller compatibility - too many UIs in v6 are either unreachable with a controller or very buggy/unstable. The new UI frameworkhas been written with the controller use in mind.
Full Say the Spire compatibility - the new UI framework is FULLY compatible with Say the Spire, and comes with basic implementations out of the box. Accessibility is important, and v6 is not very friendly when it comes to that.

Below you can find some visual examples of the new UI. Keep in mind, the design is not final and there's a lot to go through still. Special thanks to Fulgur for the awesome re-design of some TiS UI icons!

When will this update release?

I'm still working on the base UI system, but once that's done, the actual creation of the UI should be fairly straightforwad. I'll be releasing a part 1 of the update on Friday the 20th, more details on which you will get on the day of!
