Natto Gainnsborough
Added 2022-12-13 11:08:10 +0000 UTCI don't know if it's true or not (it probably isn't?) but I heard once that while dogs view humans as a separate species, and one they often come to love and respect that cats on some level view human as just large, less hairy, incredibly incompetent cats. That much of their affection, however genuine, is based around pity and trying to teach us. Like I said, probably too funny to be true.
But it got me thinking. Seeing as my goblins are based, on some level, on people wondering 'what if anime cat girls actually acted like cats' I really liked the idea of a a wild and strong goblin, unshakeable in its conviction that it's species are the sovereign species of the planet.
Natto has a deep affection for non goblin bipedal species. if an adventurer is alone and in danger they will watch them, if they are weak she will make them strong. She will follow them to their so-called civilisation and she will let THEM know when their training is over.
