Going forward
Added 2022-10-31 01:35:48 +0000 UTCThe sketch requests that 10 dollar per month patreons get are still gonna be a thing, but they are gonna be more basic after this last batch.
This is entirely on me, but I got WAAAY to caught up in each sketch, and as the months would roll over I would convince myself the sketch itself had to get better and better because the requester had had to wait longer for it. Before I knew it, I was spending 6-8 hours on some of these drawings for no other reason except convincing myself I had to.
So going forward they are gonna be sketches. Actual sketches, sorta thing I can work out in an hour or less. Anything beyond that is a commission. It is my hope that shifting this amount of time and mental space will allow me to get back into the stuff you guys followed me for in the first place. Comics and what not.
My hope for the new year is too make way more comics while taking occasional commissions and still doing little sketches for those who can spare it.
I am still learning what I can and can't do and I thank you all for your patience, support and generosity in what is proving to be a rough decade for us all. I know everyone says it, but I genuinely feel I have the best fans on the planet.
