Gob File: Shiokara Halligan
Added 2021-05-02 12:24:10 +0000 UTCI wanted to make some goblins that weren't dust outs to help flesh out other aspects of goblin society. Halligan here is at once smooth and horrifying. Honeyed words and poisoned blades.
He is a foil and and to my mind an underused archetype.
If you want to know who knocked over your onions, Shiokara can tell you but he'll need something from you first....

That is an impressive collection of character quirks he has. I especially like 'Pleased to meet you. Always.' Somehow that sets me more on edge than anything else...
