How I'm gonna do it

This is a very important announcement.

Demand has steadily been going up for the 10 dollar sketches - much more than I anticipated.

Now, I still want to do them and I don't want anyone to miss out but I also want to maintain the level of sketching quality I've been doing for people. Which, whatever I originally intended has been between 2-7 hours per piece in some cases.

I can get all the current ones done before the end of March, but

Starting in April

Anyone who gave 10 dollars in the previous month will be eligible for a sketch. I will make an anchor post, same as last time, where everyone can make their sketch requests.

I will then draw all of these requests. This may end up taking more than that month. It could take two or (unlikely) three.

Once that block is done, I will make another anchor post for anyone who gave 10 dollars the previous month to make a request again.

What this means is that you may only get one request every 2-3 months instead of every month, but it means I can keep drawing like I have been but not also be so swamped that I can't keep making my other projects that people are here for - which is kind of what we're looking at under the current system.

I know that means you're paying up to 30 dollars for a sketch instead of 10, but you can also alter your payment down if you like 10 dollars for one month then 1 dollar for two months, assuming I take that long. I can only assure you that, based on industry standard rates, 30 or 12 dollars for a sketch is not terrible.

HOWEVER:
I do also understand that this may not be cool with some of you and I cannot stress enough how much I understand completely if you pull out of the deal or wind your pledge back down. I will hold nothing against no one. You're all still wonderful for supporting me at all.

I can only give you my reassurance that I am doing what I can to do as much as I can for as many people as I can.
