2020-07-04 20:35:48 +0000 UTCLeaf coverings are her natural state. Many (not all) dryads have some basic coverings - perhaps to be less disconcerting to visitors to the forest. She did not decide so much as it's how maple dryads look. With her mind, or manually she can remove the leaves and have them drift to the ground.
